1. What We Collect

Account registration: Email address (used as account identifier). No passwords — authentication is via API key.

Extraction requests: URLs submitted for extraction, timestamps, and authentication method used. Stored for operational purposes and abuse prevention.

Wallet addresses: If you associate a wallet with your account or make x402 payments, we record the wallet address linked to transactions.

Server logs: IP addresses, request timestamps, and user agents. Retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging.

2. What We Don't Collect

Private keys — we never have access to your wallet keys
Passwords — we don't use password authentication
Tracking cookies or analytics scripts — we use none
Personal identity documents

3. How We Use Data

Process extraction requests
Manage account credits and free tier quotas
Verify on-chain payments
Prevent abuse and enforce rate limits
Debug service issues

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data may be disclosed only when required by law.

5. Extraction Cache

Extracted content is cached for up to 24 hours to reduce redundant processing. Cached results are not tied to individual accounts.

6. Blockchain Data

x402 payments and USDC deposits occur on public blockchain networks. Transaction data (wallet addresses, amounts, timestamps) is permanently and publicly visible on-chain. This is inherent to blockchain technology.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as the account exists. Extraction logs are retained for up to 90 days. Server access logs are retained for up to 30 days.

8. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted.
